Law enforcement surveillance technology involving video and audio technology is advancing in many areas, but no place more rapidly then within federal agencies like FBI, DEA, AFT, ICE, and the Secret Service.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Our client is a global leader in technology involving the design and development of concealed surveillance wireless receivers and transceivers.

The federal programs director for this company will report to the VP of Business Development and help position this company within the key contact of the various federal law enforcement agencies. Responsibilities will include strategic target marketing and account prioritization, pursuit of classified programs and product requirements, identifying contractors and subcontractors, leveraging strategic relationships, following federal grants, and in conjunction with contract managers seek to win business on classified contracts and programs.

Requirements:

While we expect about a 30% travel, we also want this director to be based in our headquarters north of the Greater Boston area. A 4-year college degree is required in a business or technical major.

Compensation will include a base and an MBO program that will bring TAE into the mid-100Ks.
