Responsibilities Will Include:

Who this COO is – a savvy entrepreneur who knows sales AND engineering and can nurture this small company through organizational changes and growth. With initial concentration in Sales and Product Management – championing products to market- the COO will eventually turn to a greater concentration in operations - doing what needs to be done to bring about success.

What this COO has - a successful history of sales leadership, product management, operations leadership as well as a background in the technical arena - RF antennas and wireless network communications – and their market spaces.

Added experience in the wireless applications for surveillance video technology and understanding of a variety of wireless network systems that can be used to transmit signals will put the right candidate in line for further promotion in this company.

Requirements:

-- A technical degree is preferred, with RF antenna/wireless network experience a must.
-- Experience with security enforcement agencies is preferred.
-- DoD Clearance or the ability to acquire is a plus.
-- Experience as a senior level VP of Sales & Marketing of RF wireless networking products.
